Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES

● Advise and co-operate with the CEO to launch new pilot business plans in the affiliate

Managing dozens of campaigns in finance industry, split into 4 sub-industry: small consumer loans, fintech, medium consumer loans, credit cards, insurance (life and non-life), finance investment etc. of top clients such as Citibank, Shinhanbank, Shinhan Finance, DoctorDong, Cashwagon, etc. with the monthly sales revenue of hundred billion VND
● Creating a strategy/solution for sub-industries: small consumer loans, fintech, medium consumer loans, credit cards, life insurance, non-life insurance, finance investment
● Improving the campaigns performance to meet the monthly/quarterly/yearly targets

● Nghiên cứu về khách hàng, lắng nghe nhu cầu & tư vấn giải pháp phù hợp cho từng nhu cầu cụ thể của nhóm khách hàng doanh nghiệp;
● Nghiên cứu thị trường, lên kế hoạch giải pháp đề xuất để chốt deal cùng với sales.
● Phối hợp với Quản Lý Dự Án & các nguồn lực nội bộ để đảm bảo quá trình on-boarding giải pháp suôn sẻ;
● Hỗ trợ bộ phận Customer Success trong toàn bộ quá trình phát triển của các khách hàng được chỉ định: áp dụng sản phẩm, sử dụng sản phẩm, tối ưu hóa giải pháp, để đưa ra các tư vấn phù hợp nhằm đảm bảo thành công của khách hàng;
● Hỗ trợ Quản Lý Triển Khai trong việc thực hiện các yêu cầu khẩn cấp.

● Khả năng tư duy logic và khả năng phân tích tốt
● Có kinh nghiệm làm việc cho các công ty về lĩnh vực SaaS là một lợi thế
